Nimi Johnson

Centre Manager – Gladstone Park

Nimi Johnson joined Inspira Kids Early Learning Centres in 2013, where she commenced as Assistant Manager at our Sydenham Centre. In 2018 Nimi took on the role of Centre Manager at our Gladstone Park centre.

Being a mother of two daughters, Nimi aims is to provide programs that cater for children’s physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs. These programmes respect and take into consideration the individual differences of each child and offers them a creative play-based experience. She is conscious of making sure children are stimulated and challenged, and above all, that they feel loved and secure within the centre.

Nimi is committed to providing a welcoming and collaborative environment for parents, staff, and children in order to enhance their wellbeing and ensure optimal development for children.

With a Bachelor in Teaching and a Diploma in Children’s services, Nimi Johnson has been a valuable contributor to the child care services since 2009.

Jessica Bartram

Centre Manager – Shepparton

Jessica commenced with our Inspira Kids Shepparton child care centre since its opening in February 2017.  Starting in the role an assistant to the manager, her sheer determination and passion in the field of early learning saw her quickly progress to the role of Centre Manager.

Having an interest in children’s care, Jessica completed a Diploma of Children’s Services in 2011. Following her studies she worked with children of different age groups, including after school care, however her passion is looking after children in nursery care.

As Centre Manager she enjoys both being part of a child’s development, as well as making connections with educators.

Krish Walsh

Centre Manager – Sydenham

Krish Walsh has been working in a few childcares for 18 years & completed her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2002.

Krish has many skills that she has developed over the years of being an Educator, Mother and now a Grandma. She has a passion for her job and loves what she does.

She promotes lots of communication with parents and their children, as together we are one team. She has had the opportunity to work for Inspira Kids for 10 years. In that time, she has undergo a variety of roles from room leader, educational leader, 2IC and Centre manager.

Within those roles, her visions and goals have always been the same; To build a lovely nurturing relationships with all the children and their families that she had the privilege to work with.  She says “We can value every child growing up with understanding, skills and dispositions to be caring people and effective learners.
