“Most children form lifelong eating patterns by the time they reach school age, so we endeavour to guide children towards good food choices which will help them to maintain good health in the long term.”

Nutrition & Sustainability

We believe that good nutrition plays a crucial role in children’s physical and mental development in early childhood. In fact, research supports the fact that it is directly linked to all aspects of their growth and development.

Inspira Kids’ menu includes a 4 week rotating seasonal menu that meets children’s needs, taking into account nutritional and energy requirements as well as cultural and health needs. Each Centre has their own chef who freshly prepares daily meals for all children. At Inspira Kids, we serve 5 meals each day including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack.

Inspira Kids also understand that meal-times are about more than just food. It is a chance to try new things and experience new tastes and textures. When children, educators and families gather together to eat and drink, an opportunity for social and language development exists along with self-help and hygiene skills.

Special Allergy & Dietary Requirements

There are many children with food intolerances and minor to severe food allergies. Therefore Inspira Kids will accommodate to these requirements for individual cases.

At Inspira Kids we use sustainable practises to educate children and their families to help them realise the significance of caring for and protecting their environment.

We are committed to guide and inspire your children to explore and discover their world!

Children at Inspira Kids learn to recycle, how to garden, care for animals, compost and we even use two sides of the paper in our art area!

At Inspira Kids we have sustainable leaders who supports the implementation of our sustainable program.
